What is the system requirement for Gextim?

What is the system requirement?
 
Excel 2000 or XP
Windows 98 SE
 
Processor:  Pentium II
RAM:  64 Mb
Free disc space:  100 Mb

Why does the program give me an error message when it opens?
 
First, check the security level of the Macros; it must be at the lowest level.
 
  • Open Excel, go the the Tools menu. Then go to Macro and click on Security.
     
    If the error message appears again, take it down and contact us.

    The program tells me that it cannot find my database?
     
    In the "Gextim" file on you computer, in the file "Banques" there should be an Excel file which corresponds to your database Example: General.xls. If there is no file, Gextim will not be able to open. If you do not have another copy of your databse, contact us.
     
    In the case that you took the wrong database, go to the "Options" menu of Gextim, in the option "Change" then "Working database". You can choose another database.

    How can I have access to projects which are on another computer?
     
    1 - First you must have a network dirve connected to the computer which contains the projects you want to access.
     
    2 - In the Gextim program, go to the "Regenerate" menu then choose the option "Projects list". In the window that appears, type the address of the computer which contain the other projects.
     
  • Example: J:\Gextim\P2003
     
    J:\   Represents the letter of the netwrok drive. The rest is the place where the projects which you want to have access to are.
     
    3 - Click on "OK". A new work sheet will appear if the address was correct.
     
    4 - Rename this work sheet to remember that it contains projects of another computer.
     
  • Example: P2003 - Jean Jacques
